@maximilianemusterfrau1265 , you are making an assumption. The experts were warning us for years that if we kept pushing Putin eventually he would respond. Putin said that he would not continue to allow United States and NATO to undermine the National Security of Russia. His demands and expectations were very reasonable in my opinion. I have no love for Putin, and if I were the president of Russia, there's no way I would have allowed NATO and the United States to advance as far as they have. Nor would I have I allowed them to get away with as much as they have. But anyway, you can't say there was "definitely" no need for Putin to invade. Your statement simply isn't rational.
