So much speculation, and all of one guy's opinion on psychological warfare. It's easy to use a modern morally superior view on past events. I hope in another video you cover the many years and many millions of dollars that were spent to rebuild Japan and other axis countries, mostly at the expense of the US taxpayer. The US knew possibly more than anyone that the whole world would suffer for possibly decades to come, with millions of lives lost on all sides. The UK wouldn't have had enough soldiers/supplies/money to keep things going. Most of the war would have fallen on the shoulders of the US and they still would have won but it would have taken a much larger toll than it would to bomb Japan. They really chose the most ethical and best long term plan for the world. If you really want to connect all of the dots, you might not even be able to make money doing a youtube video if it weren't for the actions they took. The life that you've created, the education you've received, the modern tools we use to communicate, it's possible none of that would exist today if it weren't for those fateful actions. That, my friend, is how you look at history. Connect those dots.
