  2. I'm guessing you have never listened to actual truckers talk. There are some real characters, at least there used to be, that will ramble on and on almost incoherently, but somehow other truckers understand what they're saying. Also, when he's saying the check is in the mail to the huge dude beating him up that asks if he's paid his dues, he's saying it as a retort. In the '80s and '90s, people were able to deliver what are called 'comebacks' without using ad hominem attacks.
