  1. Oops it looks like you failed to watch the entire video. They are removing parking spots, including doing it after the people have already parked, and then giving them a ticket. They are also giving fines even though the parking job is obviously compliant.

  2. Yeah I've seen those huge bike racks. They really punish people who might enjoy older vehicles as hobbies.
