  2. No surprise here. If it wasn't so sad, I would laugh at how ironic this is. People have sometimes complained about the sphere of influence the US has had over South America. But China is much worse, and it's heartbreaking that South America is so corrupt. They should get along well I guess since they're both equally corrupt.
