  4. When other companies recruit the best Audi and BMW engineers, who do you think is left? Younger people who have no real sense of style or accomplishment, or understanding of what is actually nice to look at. And then who signs off on the design? Either younger people that have no idea what about Audi's legacy, or older people that want to feel like they are progressive and hip, so they go with whatever the younger guys are saying.
