  1. Thank you for sharing that. I genuinely don't understand how women can be married to men and see how hard they work and the risks that are involved in their jobs and then go to a rally for better treatment of women.

  5. I'm not sure about in Iceland, but in the same job roles, many companies have been audited and found they are actually paying women more for the same jobs.
