When you have neurological damage, it makes it impossible to ride a bike. Especially in the cerebellum.

avengemybreath3084 has got the situation so wrong , if C63 provides a sentences f more than 1 year, politics does not play in courts. You are not correct here. Yes, the United States and Canada have an extradition treaty that allows the two countries to return people accused of crimes to each other for trial: When it applies The treaty allows the countries to extradite people for crimes that are punishable by at least one year in prison or other form of detention in both countries.

He ran away from Canada because he was a massive professional disaster. He even made false promises that he would publicly show his social media remediation because of his violations of professional conduct. But when it came down to it, he knew he could not make any of it look biased or unreasonable. So he calls it annoying. But under treaty, he not only cannot practice or teach psychology in Canada, but also in the US . And by the way under the current Trump agreement, if Canada passes c63, the US is required to uphold the same standards. Because any content posted on the internet here is subject to international treaty. Jordan will find that the US is not a safe place.

@cassconner6023 Jordan is a scam artist, and there is nothing that ca change it.

@hardlines2635 wrong the legal record is solid. Jordan knew he was scamming everyone. And now he ran away and became a hypocrite. Claiming h takes responsibility, but then ran.

Nope, the reality is that Jordan had delusional thinking. And it led him to destruction .

@avengemybreath3084 all correct and legal records, you cannot change it.

@avengemybreath3084 actually, treaties are above the bill of rights in the US constitution. Since enforcement of C63 is not done by the US government. So the US government may not block both prosecution and extradition to Canada In fact US laws and the constitution are subordinate to international treaty. AS LONG AS THE LAWS ARE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY.
1
@avengemybreath3084 amazing isn't it. You didn't even understand that Canada can pursue violations of law, independent of the US Constitution.

@johnhearn3957 Wow, a rant that had no evidence at all. Nothing but unsubstantiated opinion, and in a court inadmissible. It is all hearsay. The practice and teaching of psychology is a privilege even in the US. It is not a right. And Jordan consented to the code of conduct upon acquisition if his license.

@avengemybreath3084 as I pointed out, the US Canadian extradition treaty is clear, and Jordan will violate c63 like he already violated c16. This also will apply to David Freheit as well. They need to leave the US.

Jordan is a failure. Look at his history. He ran away from Canada because he was a massive professional disaster. He even made false promises that he would publicly show his social media remediation because of his violations of professional conduct.
