  1.  @hulkmeister23  Because viruses are that simple (and mostly harmless), anything that would simply kill a virus, would just kill any living organism as well. We only care for dangerous viruses, and vaccines and medicine against them work by targeting specific protein constructs those viruses carry. There is no unique trait that could be specifically targeted among even the most same species of viruses.
