  1. Damn, house buying there souns expensive! I bought house two years ago here in finland. Downpayment was 5% for first time house buyer (10% otherwise), all the fees for deal counted in for 800 eur, we split between seller. There's no taxes for buyer. Seller doesn't need need to pay tax either, if they have lived in the house continuously for two years.
