  1. You notice that markets well known capability to bubble defeats the whol idea "rational investor" hypothesis. Markets can't be both: irrational and rational. If there's irregulaities in the market and assets it represents, it's not plain rational. No matter if there's a lot of trackable rationality going on. Key to win the overall market return is to find those irregularities, and invest accordingly.
