  1. Thank you. It now makes perfect sense. I couldn't wrap my head around how this could logically work. But of course since everyone starts at different fixed number, it turns the system from randomized lottery into a systematic search through all different possibilities. It removes the random redundancies from each persons search and thus result in massive increase in efficiency.
