@pepps1943 again, you're assuming semantic equivalence where there is none. The title implies the right nuance, they believe in non-existence rather than they don't believe in existence. If you're an English major, you probably skipped the courses on logic and philosophy that would have made this distinction clear to you.

@pepps1943 in the British standard English there is a semantic difference between "don't believe germs exist" and "believe that germs don't exist". Go back to school.
