  2. ​ @josevargas686 as if access to computers is enough to produce engineers. You need a proper higher education system, wirh established traditions and well staffed. Eastern europe lost most of it when the Warsaw Pact collapsed, which leaves us with India and China. And they are not enough to satiafy the current huge demand.
