 @MrEnsiferum77 developers who did not use version control systems in the 90s were trash developers not worthy of being mentioned. We had CVS ffs, and RCS before tbat.

@DrQuantumInfinity Huh? Quantum physics is a textbook example of how the right language and the right abstractions simplify an insanely complex thing into something uttterly trivial. Bra and ket rules.

@luvincste I'd posit that those who find this puny little git "unintuitive" and hard shoud not be in this industry in the first place.

@luvincste just don't use complex commands - they all can be replaced by sequences of simple ones. E.g., never use `git merge` or `git pull` - they are all compound commands made of simpler steps, and it makes more sense to perform those steps manually. If you find it "unintuitive", I doubt there's a lot of other things in IT that you can comprehend easily.

 @forbiddenera huh? It is very simple, once you learn the language. And it is a perfect demonstration of why DSLs are important, as it would have been insanely complex without such a language.
