  2. ​ @mikenco  The point of a prohibitive charge is to nudge people to change their behaviour instead of paying. If it's implemented properly, there should not be any income from this charge.

  4.  @philiprodney2164  it pollutes, but it does not stay in the city streets, which is the problem being solved by ULEZ. It is hilarious how thick and dim all the anti-ULEZ gammons are.

  6.  @Simlife101  yes, I really hope there will be less cars and less idiots clogging rhe bus lanes, so my commute will be easier. I do not believe anyone in London need a private car, at all. Public transport is quite adequate and will become much better when a lot of people will be priced out of driving.
