  1. Poor people SHOULD NOT drive. Id they do, it is an abberation that need to be corrected, by investing in the public trasport system. Cars are luxury, and nobody should have private cars when there are viable alternatives.

  2.  @fabiennemitchell2371  I am not talking about, say, white vans that tradesmen drive. Our roads are not choke full with the white vans. They are choke full wirh chelsea tractors. And there is no single reasonable justification for SUVs existence, at all. People who drive because it is a part of their work do so under business vehicles regulations. Personal vehicles are a different story, and they should not exist.
