If it is a proper university, teaching proper STEM subjects - then this is what education is supposed to be, giving you a solid systematic thinking, an understanding of the Scientific Method, understanding of the formal logic, and all the other cognitive tools required to process data and to form a coherent understanding of any subject.

If glitched end-point leads to transaction duplication every time a frustrated user is trying to reload the form, it's clearly a sign of a thoroughly awful design. I hated CRUD code monkeys for as long as I can remember, and for a good reason - they're the bottom feeders of the IT, the worst of all pseudo-engineers who plague this industry.
