  3.  @Isabelle7516-n9w  not really..it does help, BUT.. this is a very risky vaccine..unlike the polio one..which saved many children from paralysis I don't trust the flu vaccine either....keep taking vitamin D3, C, and zinc. So, if you DO happen to catch flu, it wouldnt be as bad
