I listen to chats once in a while. Tn one, there's a white man, who said, he found his great great grandmother was a slave, and in states like WV, some of these couples married..it was legal, until they made if illegal. Also, it has been said, that 1/3 of whites from the southeast, not counting LA have some black ancestry

I think, MEN who have straight hair, lighter skin and less broad a nose could pass EASIER And many DID I have a 1st cousin who is biracial, BUT looks simply lightskinned... and had a white presenting son Her full sister is also, white presenting. They also got with some sicilians

I have a friend, who married a WM his dad was from a lightskinned BW I didnt know for years, UNTIL I saw her portrait..and his brothers I also know a White woman, blonde hair brown eyes, who is 15% sudanese. (I think some of her ancestors were missionaries to sudsn) In some rural areas, White man, black women couples were not uncommon..and kids took phenotype of father
