Is it not rather bizarre, that in the still image you showed at @1:17 you can clearly see the Police Officer pinning DOWN the VICTIM, while the obvious ATTACKER with the knife is allowed to get BEHIND that same Officer and start knifing him in the NECK ! The poor Officer nearly died ! Going for the neck is INTENTIONAL intent to kill, so why did they pin down the VICTIM ?
