  4.  @ElSasser2007  Do you find reading difficult, my friend ? The word "HIS" Quad Bike, rather suggests it was the FARMER'S Quad Bike ? Check all other reports AND the title of this video ? Those two were told to LEAVE HIS land, as per the law. Yet they returned the next day, "with intent" and were abusive, putting it into the category of "Criminalised Trespass" !

  5.  @markgerrard5285  I think you will find that trespass in which the individual commits a separate criminal offence – abusive and threatening behaviour, for instance, or damage to the property, AFTER having left with a warning yet RETURNING the next day making "threats", WOULD put it into "Criminalised Trespass" for which he CAN make a Citizens Arrest IF he believed the abuse or threats posed a danger
