  3. @@jodydymun5842 you have no idea about what you are talking about, do you ? Shooting at tyres or especially the engine block is pure Hollywood ! Police at all times HAVE to be aware of what is BEYOND their target for fear of hitting bystanders. Start using rifle calibre weapons or armour piercing rounds in a fast moving situation and you really WILL have loads of "collateral damage"

UNTIL the actual footage is released, and/or it is PROPERLY investigated, ALL of us are just opinionated Key-board warriors, aren't we ? Again it comes down to the one fact that IF this POS had done what he was instructed, NOTHING ELSE would have occurred ! His death IS on himself and no one else !
