  1.  @theumarianmeme1483  It is really simple. ANY child who does not learn the word "NO !" and learns that "NO" MEANS NO, becomes "psychologically capable" of such an act. We LEARN that "containment" from loving parents who are not AFRAID to tell us NO. Then we learn that word "NO!" can come from a person who still loves you. This lad clearly did NOT have that good parenting. Giving kids EXCUSES for bad behaviour and NOT containing their emotions ENABLES these horrendous incidents !
