  1. The government or whoever should have built more recycling centers . Just like in the U.S.- there are many many recycling centers here. Along with recycling, places do compost. Once you build that, then you can have workers or machines rather to sort through the stuff you get. Then attempt to reuse it in another way. Honestly, it sounds like they (government or whoever) doesn't want to be bothered doing that.

  2.  @anzarm.a8547  I know plastics are hard to recycle. I know that the U.S. was giving them to China but China didn't want that any more. My hope was that somewhere in the U.S. they reuse the plastic for other items to make. I actually wish just plastic bottles were banned here. Then everything would be switched to glass instead. Even from the huge companies that produce drinks in plastic should do glass instead or switch to something biodegradable sooner.
