  1. The same applied to Ocean Infinity when they did the search back in 2018. If they found it they would get money. If they didn't then nothing. They found nothing. I hope though that whoever takes on the new search that they don't scan the same area that was already searched. That is pointless. Time to scan completely different new areas. Clearly it wasn't in the areas already searched. To be honest, they should have just scanned the entire Indian Ocean. I get people say oh it's huge and big. But if they had searched from the day they knew it landed in the Indian Ocean to today....they would have been done already. The entire ocean would have been scanned already.
