Alternatively: check letter is not dated 1 April. Why would City Hall even know what you own? That's private, and so if they write to you in such way, it's a breach of your data privacy and you can send them a bill of €100 per letter you receive with interest accruing at 4% above bese rate on a daily basis.

  13.  @BucketzofBordo  Not true whatsoever. Houses in zones where the flood risk is too high, cannot receive insurance. In fact in Holland no home can be insured. This is why Holland has no houses
