  3.  @BCCmma64bang  No. England is the UK, because all the other little bits don't count populationwise. Scotland = English oil, depopulated during the Highland clearances because the Sassanachs preferred sheep to human beings. Cymru, no legal system of their own, almost got away with annihilating the language. Ireland = England's bridge to digital dominance, and is really only Dublin.
