This is merely a business transaction. 1) People become refugies, ie illegal workers with no rights, in The West. 2) An oligarch gets Ukrainian oil & gas to flog cheap to the West. Ie the West wind any how. If this was a war, then there should be the possibility of The West not winning, but this can never be the case. Ie: NO WAR.
