  7.  @kellywillis8091  You got that right except I don't know if he's too scared or just sitting around hoping not to offend either party so he could get a chance at a seat on the Supreme Court regardless of who is in power at the time. I question whether it's fear, hoping to put off acting until he's safely confirmed or hoping to get on the Supreme Court. It's hard to say what the motive for his inaction is.
