  2. I'm glad we have Jack Smith in charge of the Jan 6 investigation now because I think Garland has been a Judge too long. He's no longer thinking like a prosecutor.

  3. Merrick Garland has been derelict in his duty. He should have called in Jack Smith right away, not two years later. He was quick enough to get a special prosecutor when Biden found out he had documents he shouldn't have had. I wouldn't care that much but if there are no consequences for Jan 6 it will happen again and sooner or later there will be a successful coup.
