  7. We have one party fault divorce, if you have an affair you will be rinsed in the divorce proceedings for basically destroying the union between you two. Illegal beyond that is just too much big government.

  9. I wouldn't be so sure, I've met a few people who've been cheated on, none of them went berserk and killed someone followed by desecrating his corpse. I bet the husband wasn't very good to his wife, further context as to why she cheated.
