What are you talking about during world war one it was britian's colonies that kept it strong

If Germany was on North American continent world war two would have been shit for americans too
5
Got it I'll stop now

Given your scenario yes the americans would win but in reality Europe would take this as a huge threat from the states because they invaded their former closest ally. The probable result is NATO mobilises against the states while the UN tries to organise a ceasefire. However on home turf the NATO forces would most likely repel the US

@jeffreydumez7271 June 2021 F-35 Beats the Eurofighter Typhoon, Dassault Rafael and Boeing's F/A-18 in Swiss Air competition with 6 billion dollar prize deal for new air defence fleet. Would you look at that, one cherry picked article and it seems you can entirely scew a narrative

@StArShIpEnTeRpRiSe bullshit Germany was already on the verge of collapse. The blockade the british set up was stopping any supplies entering Germany including food for the populas. The US entry to the war made the germans desperate but they were going to lose either way. For Christ's sake it was just the Austria-Hungarians and the germans VS the british, french, russians, italians, Portuguese, Belgians, greeks and all of the allied colonies
2
Then again the issue of not mainstreaming logistics arises if you buy advanced equipment from multiple nations. It broke Germany's armour and motorised infantry core in WW2
2
@Dr ROLFCOPTER! don't forget the brits would be able to use ICBMs
1
True but I doubt the US would ever succeed in a mainland invasion. There's just too much territory and too many people for the US to ever conquer it
1
@garhent Europe houses some of the most valuable trade, manufacturing and financial infrastructure on the planet, why do you think Russia went to all that trouble to annex Crimea. Land is power, it's how the US came to be the world superpower
1
@garhent you're in the wrong video, this is about hypothetical conflict between the US and EU, not about your antequated views on foreign policy
1
@garhent are you that desperate to believe that, meh suit yourself
1
This analysis makes no sense. If Spain launched a surprise, unprovoked attack and occupation on Gibraltar what makes you think that Britain isn't going to attack the Spanish mainland in retaliation. The bloodshed would quickly mount and the Spanish government would sue for peace Thankfully Spain and Britain are allies and any disputes over Gibraltar sovereignty will occur peacefully
1
Well the EU would have basically 0 offensive power as their navy would pale in comparison to the US, but I doubt the US would ever come close to victory without carpet bombing the EU
1
@ravenknight4876 read my comment again
1
@ravenknight4876 I already aknowledged a scenario with no diplomatic relations but that scenario isn't exactly realistic
1
The brits would be able to use ICBMs against the american fleet
1
@Chocolouf what makes the previous air competition cited unbaised?
1
@Chocolouf oh so that constitutes bias then. Well by your logic the Air Tactical Leadership Course was biased and presented politically motivated results, seeing as stealth technology was not permitted in the competition
1
That is a very misleading oversimplification
1
That's why reverse engineering exists
1
I think the UK would still fight alongside the EU but more as an independent state like the US
1
Nukes

French and German dictators didn't have long range ballistic missles
