  15. The left wants the electoral college system replaced simply because a popular vote would make more sense since it displays the interests of the majority. The left doesn't want anything done to the first ammendment nor the second ammendment it merely wants restrictions that stop people who have angry outbursts and destructive tendencies.

Ireland has a solid pension plan and minimum wage. Being socialist means you want a nation that is invested in protecting the people and businesses won't do that but government does. It's about mixed market so yes Ireland is a socialist nation. Also when you said 6th most capitalist please provide a link. We're obviously getting our information from different sources

  31. The problem with allowing the death penalty is the real possibility of taking advantage of that law. How difficult would it be for government or some private enterprise or person to frame someone. I know it sounds controversial but it's possible. A good set of paid prosecuters and a bribe to the judge. I certainly have no sympathy for proven murderers and rapists but I won't support the death penalty if a single judge has the power to enforce it because history has proven with power often comes corruption
