  2. The problem with allowing the death penalty is the real possibility of taking advantage of that law. How difficult would it be for government or some private enterprise or person to frame someone. I know it sounds controversial but it's possible. A good set of paid prosecuters and a bribe to the judge. I certainly have no sympathy for proven murderers and rapists but I won't support the death penalty if a single judge has the power to enforce it because history has proven with power often comes corruption
