Next Obama has unique disadvantages that he had no control over namely less federal income from the Bush tax cuts, the global recession that he had to stop as well as increased military spending from the War on Terror. The fairest way to measure a president's contribution to the national debt is to study the impact of his decisions. Obama's most costly decisions were the ARRA act, the Obama tax cuts, Obamacare, unemployment benefits and increased military spending. In short if you factor out the circumstances of his office and look at his decisions he contributed 983 billion dollars.

Almost everything you have listed most intelligence agencies on this list do and as for isolated successful events news flash the MI6 and CIA have successful ops that MOSAD couldn't do just like vice versa. They also get superior funding as opposed to MOSAD and still like MOSAD conduct excellent service. Your grounds don't say why MOSAD in particular is better just a list of accomplishments that most high ranking intelligence services have achieved
