  14.  @dratrav  the petition giveaways are only for registered voters, one can easily make the case that it induces voter registration. The petition asks for your contact details and voter registration number, which is sent to America PAC, if they're checking the numbers written on the petitions they can easily check the validity of a voter registration number and filter those signatories for prizes
