  7. @David56740 well the democrats haven't made any significant pushes for socialised healthcare, and private universities still dominate the tertiary education sector unimpeded. Other than that there is still widespread anti-union sentiment across the US. Biden also oversaw a massive increase in fracking across the US, prioritising industry far over environmentalism, a traditionally right wing value. TBF I'd call Biden a centrist rather than actually rightwing, but he's certainly not left wing by many metrics.

It is, we know it is because we know the average amount of farmable land required for the cattle industry vastly outweighs the amount of farmable land required for the grain industry per calorie load. The land we use to rear cattle is often terraformed, they don't just let them roam the countryside.

  25. Vegan diets can supplement the lack of protein things like kidney beans and vitamin B12 in foods like cereal or marmite. It's certainly not as convenient as an omnivorous diet but well within reach of sustainability. The carnivore diet on the other hand severely lacks plant based vitamins and minerals not found in animals, like vitamin C.

  36. Mate I don't think you're measuring your body fat percentage accurately, that is far below recommended fat levels and would leave almost anyone perpetually tired and miserable. Henry Cavill's hardest cut saw him drop to 7% body fat and said he was exhausted and miserable

  37. Veganism is sustainable, that's not a myth that's from trackable data. It's no secret that you get far, far fewer calories per square mile of a cattle farm than a grain farm, in nature mammal predators exist in extremely scarce numbers heavily outweighed by the number of mammal prey. You don't have to give up meat, but you can't get emotional and try and cope that the meat industry does require a lot more space and food to produce a lower yield than the agriculture industry.

  44. Not really. In the US and a few other countries people who work in jobs that are frequently tipped can be paid less than minimum wage because there is that expectation of tipping supplementing your income
