I wouldn't trust this guy. Have been watching David Sinclair for more than two years now and he's really smart with speech but it's all empty. He has been saying this same shit on camera at every podcast. I have taken NMN and Resveratrol for more than a year but it didn't do shit. In fact my aging accelerated. And many experts in the longevity industry like Dr. Charles Brenner have challenged his claims but he never answers those because he knows he's wrong. This guy is just a showman with great marketing skills and a big mic. That's it.
