99% of Hamas rockets are SOS's, cries for help, so the international actors won't forget about them. They won't ever cause any real damage and will most likely be intercepted. 100% of Israeli rockets are meant to destroy and effectively destroy property and lives. This is how in 2014, Israel justified destroying 18,000 Palestinians homes because 'rockets', while effectively ONE house was destroyed on the Israeli side. Does that seem proportionate to anyone?
