  1. It's based on an OLC memo which prevents the DOJ from indicting a sitting President, but it says NOTHING about whether or not he is guilty. It's a stupid law, but law, and Mueller is as honourable as ever so respects that law. LUCKILY, Buck asked SPECIFICALLY if Mueller would charge Trump with OBSTRUCTION of justice AFTER he leaves the Presidential office, to which Mueller unequivocally answered YES. Twice.
