He was glad when he saw law enforcement arrive, so he could drive away and go about his business with his three sons WHO WERE IN THE CAR. He wasn't even aware they were pointing guns at him BEHIND HIS BACK. They were out for blood, and any excuse to shoot a black guy is good enough. Despicable you try to defend this murderous behaviour. Shame on you.
