  1. Can they mobilize you if you're being sentenced for prison? If not, this is a good insentive for political protest. I'd rather go to jail until the war is over for protesting the war, than die there or resist mobilization orders and get ten years.

  2. Latvia can't take too many Russian immigrants otherwise Putin will have a pretext to invade them. Their population is to small to absorb large amounts of Russian draft dodgers, Germany, UK, USA, Spain, Canada and others need to take in the young anti-Putin Russian men who are willing to work.
