  4. I don't go to a gas station with my EV. My battery is always 100% capacity when I leave my house so I don't even spend 5 minutes at a gas station. Our garages have electricity in them, if you're not aware.

They won't find out how much it costs to replace the battery because most battery chemistries last until 500,000 km or more, the new LiFPo4 batteries should last at least a million km (they're considered finished when they only hold 80%) of their capacity. BYD blade batteries have about a million km life. Get an EV with a LiFPo4 battery.

  6. It's not hype, EVs are over 50% of cars sold in the world's largest car market and they keep growing by leaps and bounds. They would be "hype" if 2% of people were buying them and 98% were buying internal combustion engines.

  13. EVs in America have a fire and explosion rate at a fraction of regular gasoline cars which are full of explosive/flammable gasoline, and require a fire truck call out any time there is an accident because they have fires so frequently.
