  1. Too small too be talked about. Dublin will probably remain a great place to put a corporate HQ, unless you guys change your corporate tax rates. In 2050, countries with hundreds of millions of people will be developed like the Philippines, Indonesia, Nigeria etc. Your island will be less and less relevant unless you take in 15-20m people.
