  1. I think this could work in Namibia. They have a unique geography where they get constant fog but no rainfall and a huge desert. Most coastal places with humidity get plenty of rainfall.

  2.  @TwoBitDaVinci  Yes, their whole coastline is named "skeleton coast" for all of the ships that have run ground there, because of the foggy shores next to desert. People would dehydrate and die there for over a century. There are unable to keep significant populations near their coast so there is an incredibly long stretch without any port cities. They are in a unique situation where the fog never travels inland and turns to rain, often it dispenses northward toward the Atlantic.

  3. You can earn 3k a month and still rent a nice penthouse on a beach city in Vietnam (lowest obesity in the world), Thailand, Philippines, etc and have a part time cleaner and eat all meals out. Add +1k for Colombia or Mexico.

  4. Try a festival like Burning Man, Shambhala, Coachella, or EDC first before you write them off. Try Full Moon Party on Koh Phangan as well. Most of these festivals are hot women in lingerie or bikinis, and really positive, creative people into psychedelics. But yes, being moderately wealthy so you can host your own house parties by your hot tub / pool and outdoor patios is the best. Having a decent boat that you can load girls onto in the summer is great too.
