  3.  @JJShaw1210  Mule teams have already reached many citizens high in the mountains while the government is still trying to clear a road in. When it comes time to react, a government this size and bloated is always late and people would have already died waiting. Citizens where there acting ASAP. Many from other states just pitching in. Sorry your wrong.
