Hmm raise the age of compulsory schooling, import over 1million foreigners to compete for their starter jobs and suppress what they'd be paid, have a 'welfare system' that is easily gamed and offers many bad incentives; have a general commercial, media and political culture that develops structural and rhetorical prejudices against natives that are, what for most of our history was uncontroversial to call, Normal and punitive mechanisms against those who still think that way - why wouldn't a person want some of that I wonder?
