  4. Specifically anti British radical populations were targeted to be brought here to begin with in the 70s. The crimes started soon after and were known to be occurring & were covered up from the beginning. So the known r4p3 of our vulnerable has been ongoing & covered up & the perpetrators & accessories to the fact protected for over 4 decades. Few have been fired, or prosecuted, or deported & those that have been punished have been done so only lightly. Given the deep monitoring of all telecommunications by our security services since their development & the centuries of institutional knowledge of the language, dialects & cultures of all perpetrators of these crimes, native or of foreign extraction, even conceding indifference at the start the tipping point into knowing complicity and enabling could not have taken long- and continues.

I believe Muhammad declaring 'that which your right hand posseses' has got something to do with it, along with his single digit aged wife who had to stop playing with her dolls when he felt frisky. Also, the stats are certainly more specific than 'Asian men' - almost all the rest of Asia should sue the press for damages & corrections.
