Free at the point of use, no matter that neither you nor any of your ancestors have paid in a penny, over a million who obviously haven't brought in last year and those who broke the law to do so and brazenly also put their hands out are also prioritised for health care including dentistry, for Free at our expense. Living on a thin line, there's no England now.

@adtastic1533 And you didn't address my original points. I agree that healthcare should be a mixed pay system of public and private purse. I'd even what some market style mechanisms overlaid on the public purse spending with all spending being processed at the point of use as if it were private even if it all gets charged to something like an individual/family national health account card - just having how much the NHS paracetamol or meal etc costs being transparent to everyone right the way through would do a lot to restrain waste and educate people on what they're paying for as well as train private spending habits into the public when it comes to health care. Once upon a time I might be concerned about data privacy and being in it together and the divisiveness of it being seen what certain demographics that bring high health costs onto themselves and therefore everyone else brings, but both ships have sailed and it seems the easiest way to build a head of steam of public support for radical change.

I think this was done quite a few shows ago, perhaps around the time the last round of spending was announced last year - they discussed the French system and I think on another proximate show the Israeli one.

@CranesEtcTV & what exactly is false or innacurate about the above, (excepting perhaps the Kinks song title) ?

@adtastic1533 By your logic 100% of Government spending could go to people of foreign extraction here and elsewhere who've never paid a penny in taxes and British taxpayers would have no grounds to complain because for some reason we should be paying for everything with what we're left with after tax.
